Paste your rows
Paste the rows into the chat, or attach a spreadsheet, and say what you want: "Find the phone numbers for these addresses." Each row is one lookup in any of the forms: an address, an address and a name, a phone number, an email address, or a name with a city and state or a ZIP code. A row can also be a property, owner check, phone check, nearby or business lookup. One list can mix forms.
A list has 1 to 1,000 rows. For more, split it into several lists.
The maximum cost, stated at the start
The list starts at once, with no confirmation step. The first reply states the most the list can cost (the sum of the row prices) and the credits you have. You are charged only for the rows that match, so the final charge is usually lower. If your credits do not cover the maximum cost, nothing starts and nothing is charged; the reply gives the account page link.
The summary, the first rows and the file
When the list is done, the reply gives:
- the summary: rows, rows matched, rows with no match, rows kept, the maximum cost, the credits charged and the credits left;
- the first 20 rows in the chat;
- a link to the full result as a CSV file.
Find the phone numbers for these 3 addresses.
The list is done: 2 of 3 rows matched. Credits used: 2. Credits left: 7.
The CSV link
The download link works for 24 hours. Each click opens a fresh download that is valid for 15 minutes, so open the file soon after you click. After 24 hours, ask for the list result again to get a new link.
A list that is still running
A long list keeps running after the first reply. The reply says "The list is still running. Ask for the list result with this list id." Ask "Is my list done?" and the assistant calls get_list_result with the list id. That call is free and never charges the list again.
Fill only the missing phones and emails
When you already have some phones and emails, say so: "Add missing phones and emails to this list. Keep existing values." The assistant turns on the list option fill_missing and passes your values per row (up to 5 phones and 5 emails), beside an address, an address and a name, or a name with a location.
- A row that already has at least one phone and one email is kept as it is, free, with the outcome
kept: "This row already had a phone and an email, so it was kept as it is." - Every other row is looked up. Your values come first, the found ones follow, and duplicates are removed. It costs the same as any row when it matches, and is free with your values when it does not.
- The final reply adds one line when rows were kept, for example "2 rows kept their values and were not charged."
Flag mismatched numbers
To check numbers you have against addresses, ask: "Does each phone belong to the person at its address? Flag mismatches." Each row becomes a phone check, and the file carries the answer per row: on record or not, the person on record, and whether the name matches.
Business rows
A business row works like the other kinds: an address, or a business name with a city and state or a ZIP code, with kind set to business. It costs the same as a single business lookup, and the file carries the business and its officers at the end of each row.
The file columns
The CSV file has these columns, in this order:
row, input_address, input_name, input_phone, input_email, input_first_name, input_last_name, input_city, input_state, input_zip, status, message, lookup_id, person_name, person_phones, do_not_call, person_emails, person_address, person_is_owner, owners, owner_mailing_address, owner_occupied, phone_on_record, phone_person, phone_name_matches, input_kind, input_known_phones, input_known_emails, business_name, business_category, business_phone, business_website, officers, registry_entity_id
