What it does
You ask in plain words. The assistant calls Scout Data and shows the answer in the chat. One lookup takes an address, a phone number, an email address, or a name with a location. It returns the people with their phone numbers and email addresses, the owners of a home, the facts of a home, or homes nearby. You can also check whether a person owns a home, or whether a phone number is on record for someone at an address.
A business lookup takes an address, or a business name with a city and state or a ZIP code. It returns the business listed at this address, the owner of the building, and the officers of the owner company on file with the state business registry, with their contacts when you ask for them. Details: Business lookup.
A list of up to 1,000 rows runs the same lookups at once and gives you a file with the results. A list can also fill only the phones and emails you are missing and keep the ones you have.
Who it is for
Teams that contact homeowners and prospects: solar, roofing, HVAC and home service companies, call centers, and sales teams who work from addresses or names and need a phone number or an email to reach the person.
US only
Every lookup is for a person or a home in the United States. A phone number must be a US number with 10 digits. An address or a person outside the US finds nothing, and a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.
Credits
A lookup costs 1 credit when it finds a match. A lookup with no match is free. You pay once per property: more data about a home you already paid for is free. A new account gets 10 free credits, and you buy more on your Scout Data account page at app.scoutdata.com. There is no monthly limit. Every reply ends with the credits used and the credits left. Details: Credits and account.
Privacy
How the plugin handles lookups, results and account data is on the plugin privacy page.
