The signal stack

What we read to find this buyer.

  • Permit history by trade

What has been pulled on the house and when: the difference between a home that renovates and a home that talks about it.

  • Tenure

Years in the home. The renovation window is real and it is not at either end of ownership.

  • Build year

What the original spec would have been, and what it is now due for.

  • Value band

Matched to the size of job you want to quote.

Who you’d never call

Taken out before the file ships.

Finding the right homes is half the work. The other half is the homes we remove — the part a list vendor skips because nobody counts the calls that should never have happened.

  • Anyone who just did this workA permit for your trade in the recent past takes the home out. This is the whole reason permit history beats a demographic list.
  • RentersOwner-occupied single-family only, so nobody gets disqualified thirty seconds into the call.
  • Anyone on the DNC listScreened against the federal registry before the file leaves us, and suppressed against everything we have already sent you.

The method is measured. The test is yours.

The figures on this site come from solar call centers, because that is where we have the longest run of dialer exports. The method is identical here, and the test is yours — we measure it on your dialer, not ours.
