Industries·Windows & doors
Find the windows nobody has replaced.
The build year tells you what went in. The permit record tells you whether anyone has changed it since. We sell the homes where nobody has.

The signal stack
What we read to find this buyer.
Build year
What went in when the house was built, and how long it has been in the wall.
Window and door permits
Where a replacement was filed, someone has already been. An older house with nothing filed since the build is the list.
Recent move-ins
New owners, and the first winter in a house whose drafts they have never met.
Hail and wind, dated
Storms break glass and dent doors as well as roofs. The swath comes with the date it hit.
Who you’d never call
Taken out before the file ships.
Finding the right homes is half the work. The other half is the homes we remove — the part a list vendor skips because nobody counts the calls that should never have happened.

The method is measured. The test is yours.
The figures on this site come from solar call centers, because that is where we have the longest run of dialer exports. The method is identical here, and the test is yours — we measure it on your dialer, not ours.
