The signal stack

What we read to find this buyer.

  • Outage and shutoff exposure

The zones where a lost freezer and a dark sump pump are things the owner remembers, not things they imagine.

  • Storm paths, dated

Hail and wind swaths with the date they hit. Wind takes lines down, and the weeks after the lights come back are when people ask about a generator.

  • Electrical permits

A panel upgrade or a new service says the house can take a transfer switch. A generator permit says someone has already been.

  • Value band and house size

A whole-home unit is a big ticket. The file matches the homes that buy one.

Who you’d never call

Taken out before the file ships.

Finding the right homes is half the work. The other half is the homes we remove — the part a list vendor skips because nobody counts the calls that should never have happened.

  • Anyone who already has backupA generator permit on file, or a home battery on the record, takes the home out.
  • RentersOwner-occupied single-family only, so nobody gets disqualified thirty seconds into the call.
  • Anyone on the DNC listScreened against the federal registry before the file leaves us, and suppressed against everything we have already sent you.

Proof

The method is measured. The test is yours.

The figures on this site come from solar call centers, because that is where we have the longest run of dialer exports. The method is identical here, and the test is yours — we measure it on your dialer, not ours.
