Every call logged as it happens
This team sells batteries in Fort Worth and the rest of Tarrant County, Texas. Its callers work in our dialer, so every call and every outcome is logged as it happens.
The first list was small: homes with panels on the roof and no battery on record. The callers dialed 150 of those homes and booked 17 appointments. A few days in, the team told us one deal had already gone through.
Then the team paid for more
The next list was 500 solar homes with no battery in Fort Worth. By October 30 the callers had dialed 450 of them, 555 dials in all, and booked 25 appointments.
Not every list worked
A list of electric car owners in the same area got 1 appointment on 111 dials. We show it because a fair case study shows the list that did not work too.
All three lists
Across all three lists: 996 dials into 703 homes, and 43 appointments. About one dial in four was picked up, and 43 of the 226 homeowners the callers reached said yes to an appointment. Only 30 of the 703 homes, 4%, had a wrong number or a bad line.
How it works
A home with panels already has an owner who said yes to solar once. A battery is the next question. We find the homes with panels, take out every home with a battery on record, and the dialer shows the team what each list books.
