Back after a break
This rep sells solar door to door in Orlando. In January 2025 the rep came back to our app after a break, and told the story live on one of our training calls.
Ten doors, and the tenth signed
One night the rep pulled 20 names from our new move-ins: people who had just bought their home. Early one evening the rep went out and knocked on 10 of those doors. The tenth door signed.
After a day and a half of working the list, the rep had 3 deals. One later cancelled: the homeowner signed, and a family member talked her out of it. We count it as cancelled.
Why move-ins
A new owner is still making decisions about the house. The rep paired the list with a plain local angle: where power rates were going, and how high the summer bill would run.
How it works
We flag homes that just changed owners, and the rep picks them on the map. Twenty names is one evening of work, not a week of driving.
