One caller, one test file of hail-hit roofs, and 58% more conversations
One agent dialed 626 homes from a 1,000-home test file of hail-hit roofs. 4.22% of dials became a conversation of 30 seconds or more, 58% more than on the company’s own lists. The test booked 2 appointments and one sale, and the call notes changed the next file.

He sent his dialer report first
This company replaces roofs after hail in Dallas–Fort Worth. The owner knows his numbers to the call. He sent us his own dialer report before we cut a single record.
We built a 1,000-home test inside the south Dallas–Fort Worth corridor where his own lists already convert: homes hit by hail of an inch or more since September 2024, with no roof work since. One agent dialed 626 of the homes, from September 18 to 21.
Connection moved first
12.3% of dials were answered, against 7.8% on his own lists the week before. 4.22% of dials became a conversation of 30 seconds or more, against 2.67%: 58% more conversations per dial. Dead air fell from 44% of calls to 33%.
Bookings were level, and the notes said why
The test booked 2 appointments, and one became a sale. Per dial, that was level with the same agent on his own lists, not ahead. The call notes showed why. “I just got a new roof” was 10.2% of answered calls, against 5.6% on his lists, and 203 of the 1,000 homes were built in 2020 or later.
So the next file changes: homes built in 2019 or earlier, owned 10 years or more. The lift in connection is measured. The lift in bookings is the next test.
Before us, and after
How it works
We match each home to the hail that hit it, take out homes with roof work since the storm, and send the owner’s cell phone.
