36 roof appointments in four weeks, and a call log that ranked the next file
A Florida roofing company sent four files of roofs that are due, 15,000 records, to its outside calling team. In four weeks the callers booked 36 appointments and had 1.43 times as many conversations per first dial as on the company’s own lists. Then the call log ranked the next file.

Roofs that are due
This Florida roofing company sells roof replacements by phone. An outside calling team dials for it on a power dialer: four callers at the start, with ten planned.
Before us, its own lists reached a person on 7.07% of first dials. We sent roofs that are due: homes built in 2011 or earlier, with no roofing permit in 15 years, shingle roofs, and no solar. Four files, 15,000 records.
36 appointments in four weeks
In the first four weeks the callers made 22,852 dials on 9,658 of those records and booked 36 appointments, one per household. A third of the records had not been dialed yet.
Our files reached a person on 12.20% of first dials. Compared inside the same day and hour as their own lists, that is 1.43 times as many conversations per first dial.
The call log picked the next file
Then the call log told us what to send next. 35 of the 36 appointments were on homes built before 1990. So the next file was ranked with those homes first: 2,997 of its 5,000 records were built before 1990.
Before us, and after
How it works
A roof with no permit in 15 years has no recorded replacement in 15 years, and an older home makes that roof older still. We send the owner’s cell phone, the team calls, and every round of results changes how the next file is ranked.
