A test file against the list they pay for every month
A metro Detroit solar call center loaded our 1,000-record test file into its regular campaign, next to the list it pays for every month. In its own dialer report, our file got 22% more agent connects per dial than that list in the same week.

A fair test inside its own campaign
This call center sells solar across metro Detroit. It runs a big floor: one week on its usual list was 387,712 dials. That list comes from a vendor it pays every month on a locked contract. In the same week it answered 3.95% of the time.
The floor gave us a fair test. It loaded our 1,000-record file into its regular campaign, on the same dialer, with the same rotating caller IDs, and read both lists in its own dialer report.
22% more agent connects per dial
On September 15 our file got 31 human answers on 641 dials: 4.83%. That is 22% more agent connects per dial than the list it already pays for, in the same week. Measured another way, our batch reached a person 5.6% of the time, against 1.1% to 1.7% on the floor’s raw Michigan lists.
One loaded batch booked 1.77 appointments per 1,000 dials, against 0.31 on those lists. That is 7 appointments on 834 records, so read it as an early sign, not a rate.
Before us, and after
How it works
A floor this size does not need more records. It needs fewer dials that ring out on nobody. Every home we send has no panels on the roof and an active cell phone for the owner.
