REISift, now sold as DataSift, is a CRM for real estate investors that bundles list stacking, follow-up sequences and skip tracing, with plans from $149/month to $1,250/month as publicly advertised on datasift.ai in October 2026. Its alternatives split into two groups: other investor CRMs, for teams that like the workflow, and data vendors that deliver a finished calling file, for teams that only ever wanted the phones.
Disclosure: Scout Data is our product; treat that entry as a maker's pitch and the rest as our honest read.
REISift became DataSift
Type reisift.io into a browser in October 2026 and you land on datasift.ai. The investor CRM and its skip tracing carried over; the About page still talks about “smarter skip tracing” under the old REISift name, and help-center links keep the old slug. If you are reading a 2023 comparison that prices “REISift,” treat its numbers as history and use the plan list below.
What each DataSift plan buys
Every plan carries the same CRM core (lead pipelines, drip campaigns, task and appointment management, sequence automations). The plans differ in seats, how many new properties you may add each month, and whether skip tracing is metered. Figures below are as publicly advertised on datasift.ai/pricing in October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly price | Users | New properties a month | Skip tracing |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Professional | $149 | 3 | 10,000 free, then $5 per 10,000 | $0.15 per record |
| Business | $299 | 5 | 25,000 free, then $5 per 10,000 | $0.12 per record |
| Expert | $499 | 15 | 50,000 free, then $5 per 10,000 | Unlimited, included |
| AI | $1,250 | 30 | 100,000 free, then $5 per 10,000 | Unlimited, included |
Annual billing is twelve months at the monthly price less the stated saving: $1,490/year for Professional up to $12,500/year for AI. A 7-day free trial comes first. On Professional and Business, unlimited skip tracing is a $97/month bolt-on, so a Professional account that traces more than about 650 records a month ($97 ÷ $0.15) is better off buying the add-on.
Reading “unlimited” skip tracing
DataSift's skip-tracing page promises “no per contact fees. No usage caps. No surprises.” and lists what each trace returns: up to 5 phone numbers per property owner, email addresses when available, phone type (mobile or landline), connected or disconnected status, and automatic updates as the data refreshes monthly. Three details matter if you are judging it as a phone source rather than as a CRM feature:
- It traces what is in the account. Records enter through a list pulled inside DataSift or a CSV upload, and every plan meters new properties per month. The tracing has no cap; the intake does.
- Up to five numbers is a ranking problem. Five phones per owner is generous for a direct-mail-and-text investor. For a dialing floor it means up to five dials to find the owner, and the page does not say how the numbers are ordered or tied to the person on title. How to test that yourself is in skip tracing accuracy.
- Compliance is not on the page. Neither the pricing page nor the skip-tracing page mentions Do Not Call or litigator scrubbing as of October 2026. A floor calling those numbers has to scrub them separately before they reach the dialer.
Who leaves REISift, and for what
The reasons people shop for an alternative are not all the same, and the right replacement depends on which one is yours.
“I want the CRM, just a different one”
Wholesalers who like a pipeline-plus-data workflow usually compare DataSift with other investor CRMs. REsimpli is the most common pairing; what separates that class of tool is in REsimpli alternatives.
“I want property search first, CRM second”
Investors who mostly build lists from distress and equity filters often find a research platform with per-record tracing a better fit than a CRM seat. PropStream is the default in that lane; its plans and tracing fees are compared in PropStream alternatives.
“I only ever wanted the phone numbers”
Teams that bought DataSift for skip tracing and never used the sequences or the boards are paying for a CRM to get a data feed. A standalone tracer that bills per hit fits a team that brings its own addresses; the trade-offs of the per-hit investor tracers are covered in Skip Genie alternatives.
“We are a call center, not an investor”
An outbound floor dialing homeowners for solar, roofing or home services needs a different deliverable: the list built for it, one owner-matched mobile per row, scrubbed before delivery. Scout Data is in this category. It builds homeowner lists from county records, permits and aerial imagery, matches mobile numbers to the owner on title, and delivers the file Do Not Call scrubbed with dead numbers replaced. For full-service data, it is one monthly rate quoted after the free test batch. Running the same file through a dialer at volume is covered in bulk skip tracing.

Frequently asked questions
Is REISift the same company as DataSift?
Yes. reisift.io now redirects to datasift.ai, and the product is sold as DataSift; its own About page still describes “smarter skip tracing” under the REISift name. Logins, help articles and older reviews may use either name for the same real estate investor CRM.
How much does REISift (DataSift) cost in 2026?
As publicly advertised on datasift.ai in October 2026, DataSift plans run from Professional at $149/month (3 users, skip tracing at $0.15 per record) to AI at $1,250/month (30 users, unlimited skip tracing), with Business at $299/month and Expert at $499/month in between. Unlimited skip tracing is also a $97/month add-on to the lower plans.
Is REISift unlimited skip tracing really unlimited?
DataSift advertises “no per contact fees. No usage caps” for its unlimited skip tracing, which returns up to 5 phone numbers per property owner, emails when available, phone type and connected or disconnected status, as described on datasift.ai in October 2026. It works on records inside your DataSift account, so the volume you can trace is bounded by the records your plan lets you add each month.
What is a good REISift alternative for a call center?
A call center usually needs a dialer-ready homeowner file rather than an investor CRM, so the closer alternative is a data vendor that delivers owner-matched, Do Not Call scrubbed phones: Scout Data builds those lists from county records, permits and aerial imagery, and offers a free test batch before any monthly rate.
