New homeowner leads
Call the person who just bought the house, not the one who sold it.
New homeowners on their own cell phone, in their first months in the home. The only new homeowner list that reaches the buyer, not the seller. DNC-scrubbed and guaranteed.
The problem
Most new mover lists call the wrong person.
- Most new mover lists call the sellerFor months after a sale, the phone number tied to the address still belongs to the person who sold the home. Your reps dial someone who already moved out.
- The newest buyers are worth the mostA new owner makes every big house decision in the first 90 days: insurance, solar, security, roofing, HVAC, internet, water treatment and mortgage protection.
- Generic lists pad the countRenters, investors, LLCs and cash flips fill out a big number that never picks up or never decides.
What makes it different
The buyer, by name, while the home is still new to them.
- The actual owner, not the addressEvery record is the person who bought the home, matched by name.
- In their first months, not a year laterYou reach the buyer while other lists still show the previous owner.
- Their own mobile, DNC-scrubbedActive cell numbers only, checked against the Do Not Call list, unique across the file.
- Owner-occupied, financed purchasesReal households who bought to live in the home. No investors, no flips, no companies.
- Your home types, your areaSingle-family homes, townhomes and condos, cut to the counties, cities or ZIP codes you sell.
- GuaranteedWrong number or wrong person? We replace it.

Questions
New homeowner leads, answered.
What is a new homeowner list?
A list of people who recently bought a home and live in it. Scout Data’s list gives you the buyer by name, on their own mobile number, so your team calls the new owner and not whoever lived there before.
How is this different from a new mover list?
Most new mover lists are built around the address. For months after a sale, the phone number on that address still belongs to the seller, so reps call someone who already moved out. Every record here is the person who bought the home, matched by name, and owner-occupied, financed purchases only, so renters, investors and flips are left out.
How recent are the buyers?
Buyers in their first months in the home, while other lists still show the previous owner. You choose the window that fits your sale.
Are the phone numbers DNC-scrubbed?
Yes. Every number is an active mobile, checked against the Do Not Call list, and unique across the file.
What if the number reaches the wrong person?
The Right-Person Guarantee: if the person on the number did not buy the home, we replace the record free. A disconnected or wrong number is replaced too.
Which areas can I buy?
Any U.S. county, city or ZIP code, with single-family homes, townhomes and condos to choose from. The metro pages on this site show how many owners move in each year in eight of the busiest markets.
