Skip tracing
Skip tracing tells you who lives there. We tell you which homes to call.
For call centers, appointment setters and sales floors: the owner on title, their own mobile with its line type, and a Do Not Call flag on every number. Send us what you dial and put our homes next to your current list.

What a floor pays for
Not records. Appointments per hour on the phones.
- Cost per appointmentWhat the list and the caller hours cost, divided by the appointments they set. The number every other one feeds.
- Connects per caller hourHow often a caller reaches a person. Wrong, dead and shared numbers eat this first.
- Owner, or whoever lives thereA tenant or a past owner cannot say yes to a roof, panels or a new system. The owner on title can.
- A Do Not Call flag on every numberFlagged before it reaches the dialer, so the floor never has to scrub it again.
- Line typeMobile or landline, on every number, so the dialer and the script know what they are calling.
- The homes, not just the namesFilters a vertical sells on: roof age, solar with no battery, new owners, storm-hit streets.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between skip tracing and a list built for calling?
Skip tracing starts from a record you already hold and finds the people and phone numbers linked to it. A list built for calling starts from the homes worth calling for what you sell, and gives the owner on title with their own mobile first. Skip tracing tells you who lives there; we tell you which homes to call, whether it is the owner, and whether the mobile is live.
How should a call center compare skip tracing services?
On its own dialer, not on a match rate. Split the next calling block: the same callers and the same hours, half on the current source and half on the new one. Compare connects per caller hour, owners reached, wrong and dead numbers, and appointments per 1,000 dials. The source that sets appointments for less wins.
Does a Do Not Call flag make dialing mobiles compliant?
No. A Do Not Call flag tells you which numbers are on the registry; it does not replace the consent rules for autodialed or prerecorded calls to mobiles. Check your calling program with your own counsel.
Can we try it before we buy?
Yes. Ask for a free sample of your market and dial it next to your current list. Buying goes through a short call with our team; there is no self-serve sign-up.
