Dialer list cleaning
Three answers per row. Your rows, sorted best-first.
- Call firstThe owner’s own line, active and in use. Put these in your best calling hours.
- Call laterThe owner’s line but rarely used, a household member, or a number we could not check.
- Don’t dialThe number belongs to someone else, the line is dead, or it reaches a past owner who moved.
Improve contact rate
Most of a list never answers. The order decides who does.
- 2.4×On one solar floor’s 104,000 dials, the top fifth of the ranked list reached a person on 19.1% of its numbers. The bottom fifth: 7.9%.
- 91%Of 584,000 dials on another floor, 91% went to numbers that never reached a person.

Frequently asked questions
What is call list scrubbing?
Taking the numbers that will not reach the person you mean to call out of a list before it goes into the dialer: wrong numbers, dead lines, and numbers that now belong to someone else. List Rank goes one step further and orders what is left, so the numbers most likely to pick up are dialed first.
How does a ranked list improve contact rate on a predictive dialer?
A predictive dialer paces its calls to how often people answer. Load it with a list where the wrong and dead numbers are gone and the live ones come first, and more of its dials reach a person, so the floor gets more conversations per caller hour. Dial the Call first rows in your best hours and the Call later rows after them.
What do you need from us?
The list you are about to dial, with a name, a phone and a street address with ZIP on every row. A list with no addresses cannot be ranked. Email it to [email protected] with List Rank in the subject. Up to 10,000 rows per team are free.
Is it really free?
Yes. We rank your list and send it back with a report card, with no sign-up and no card. The free result does not add numbers: finding the right number for a Don’t dial row, or fresh homeowners to replace the bottom of the list, is what we sell, and our team will offer it if you want it.
Does List Rank replace a Do Not Call scrub?
No. List Rank tells you which numbers are worth a dial; it is not a compliance check. Keep scrubbing against the Do Not Call lists under your own account, and check your calling program with your own counsel.
